Dr Tracey Bell is the Founder and CEO of APtT. She is a woman of passion, with an abundance of energy and belief in herself, her team and the Medi-Spa industry. Her powers of delegation, professionalism, persuasion and her tireless quest for perfection in every aspect in her life are what inspire the rest of her team.
Dr Bell, a highly experienced Cosmetic Dentist, branched into Aesthetic Medicine five years ago, after identifying many synergies across both industries. "The Frame" and the "Picture" that sat within it both had to work together to give off the right effect... the frame must compliment the picture, and vice versa. As the industry grew, so did Dr Bell. She travelled world wide outsourcing the latest, state of the art, technology- radiofrequency, lasers, dermal fillers and anti-aging treatments, to name but a few.
Dr Bell is recognised across both the Dental and Aesthetic industry as a national speaker and she talks about the integration of these fields, along with the importance of teamwork, her vision and the future of the industries in general.
Dr Bell is a member of the Birmingham University Prep Panel, a Validator for BotoxT and VistabelT, and has attended countless workshops and lectures for Sanofi Aventis, Q-Med and Inamed.
Dr Bell is an amazing lady, also known to her colleagues at "the Mighty Atom"! She lives by that old cliché: work hard, play hard.
She not only has a very strong passion about her work but she has a strong sense of family responsibilities too. Having five children, Alex, Sam, Ben, Meg and Max, she is kept on her toes in every single aspect of her life - from Mother to Managing Director!
Dr Bell, or Tracey as she insists on being addressed, is dedicated and committed to ensuring that Aesthetic Practitioners in the future remain educated in the latest techniques and treatments. She believes that knowledge is power and, even now, she is constantly taking herself and her staff to every corner of the globe in their quest to keep ahead of the game and remain fully educated.
On a personal level, Tracey gives back immeasurable amounts of support to her local and international community. Recently winning a local "Come Dancing" competition in aid of Victim Support (jiving for her life!!), and annually providing a full dental service to the Children of Chernobyl who visit her homeland, the Isle of Man, each year for clean air and fun - and fillings if necessary!! She sends them all home with dental hygiene products, and a smile to be proud of. They return each year until the age of twelve, when new children from the age of either get their turn - so this is an ongoing commitment which Tracey will honour for as long as these children keep coming to the island. Tracey also supports the local Hospice by running "Girls Night In" events, raising money an for ongoing initiative to build a new Hospice on the Island. She demonstrates BotoxT, dermail fillers, chemical exfoliation, make-up make overs, lip enhancements - whatever Hospice ask of her, she will always help.
Tracey's professional affiliations include BACD, AACD, BDA, ADI, Birmingham University Prep Panel, AllerganT to name but a few. She is also an International speaker for Allergan who own Botox and Vistabel.
Tracey is a true perfectionist, professional, and passionate about APt. She is a visionary, and her motto is "The only things you regret in life are the things you don't do!" To date, she has no regrets.
