DESCRIPTION
Removal of the upper layers of the skin to smooth scars, fine lines and wrinkles, or to treat irregular pigmentation. Lasers commonly used include Carbon Dioxide (C02) or erbium. Chemical peel agents include TCA, croton oil and Jessner's solution. Dermabrasion involves a controlled mechanical scraping of the skin.
